Why Zoho One

Stop paying twelve vendors for one workflow.

The average SMB runs 9-12 SaaS subscriptions that don’t talk to each other — per-seat fees, integration glue, and three places to update one customer record. Zoho One collapses that into a single, integrated suite.

Up to 70% less spend

Replace point tools (Salesforce + QuickBooks + Mailchimp + Slack + Zendesk + DocuSign + ...) with one suite at a fraction of the per-seat cost.

One login, one identity

SSO across every app. One user provisioning point. One offboarding click when an employee leaves — zero forgotten access.

Native data flow

CRM lead → Books invoice → Projects task → Desk ticket. Same record, every system. No Zapier glue, no data drift between apps.

Predictable pricing

One per-employee price, billed annually. No usage tiers, no per-app upcharges, no surprise renewal hikes from a single vendor.

How we deploy it

A suite is just software. We make it fit your business.

Buying Zoho One is the easy part. Configuring CRM pipelines, migrating QuickBooks data into Books, wiring approval workflows in Creator, and training your team — that’s where most rollouts stall. Our engagement structure:

Audit & map

Inventory your current stack. Map every business process to the Zoho apps that replace it. Flag the workflows that need custom Deluge.

Migrate & configure

Data migration from Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, etc. Module setup, field mapping, role & permission design across the suite.

Automate & integrate

Custom Deluge scripts, Flow workflows, and where needed Make.com or n8n bridges to non-Zoho systems (MRPeasy, PandaDoc, payment gateways).

Train & support

Role-specific training so your team actually adopts it. Ongoing retainer hours for the inevitable "can we also...?" requests.

Pricing

Flexible User

For teams where only some employees need the suite

$90/ user / month

Billed annually · pick which users get access

  • Pay per user, not per employee
  • Same 45+ app suite
  • Add & remove users monthly
  • Best for hybrid Zoho rollouts

Common questions

What people ask before they buy.

Is Zoho One actually as cheap as it looks?
For most SMBs, yes — if you compare it to the bundle of tools it replaces (CRM + accounting + email + project management + helpdesk + e-sign + storage + chat). Where it gets expensive is the All Employee requirement on the cheaper plan: every full-time employee must be licensed, including ones who only check email. We model this on the discovery call so there are no surprises.
Can we move off Salesforce / QuickBooks / HubSpot?
Yes — we’ve done all three migrations multiple times. Salesforce → Zoho CRM, QuickBooks → Zoho Books, HubSpot → CRM + Campaigns. The data side is mechanical; the harder part is replicating custom workflows, which is where our Deluge work comes in.
What if some apps are better than others?
They are. Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, and Mail are best-in-class for SMBs. A few of the niche apps lag the category leaders — we’ll be straight with you about which ones to use, which to skip, and where a non-Zoho tool (Make.com, n8n, MRPeasy, etc.) makes more sense.
Do you support clients in Mexico and CFDI 4.0?
Yes. A meaningful chunk of our client base is in Mexico, and we run a production Deluge pipeline for CFDI 4.0 timbrado (LionDev) on top of Zoho Books. SAT compliance, factura global, and Mexican RFC configuration are all in scope.
How long does a Zoho One rollout take?
Typical SMB rollout is 4–10 weeks from kickoff to go-live, depending on data migration complexity and how many custom workflows we’re building in Zoho Creator. Smaller teams (under 25) often go live in 3 weeks. We don’t do "everything at once" — we sequence by business priority.
What happens after launch?
Most clients move to a monthly retainer for the inevitable "can we also automate this?" requests. No retainer required — you can also engage us project-by-project. Either way, your admin keeps full ownership of the suite; we’re not a black box.
