What happens on the discovery call?
We listen first. You walk us through your current Zoho setup — what’s working, what’s not, where you’re stuck. We come back with a scoped path forward (custom build, training, audit, or a partner referral if we’re not the right fit). No deck, no contract on call one.
Do you only work with Zoho?
Zoho is our specialty — ten years deep on Creator, CRM, Books, Projects, and Deluge. We integrate non-Zoho tools (Make.com, n8n, MRPeasy, PandaDoc, Apollo.io) only when they genuinely serve your workflow. We won’t bolt on something you don’t need.
What does engagement typically look like?
Three common shapes: a fixed-scope build (custom Creator app or Deluge automation, 2–6 weeks), a retainer (ongoing development & support hours), or training (one-on-one or team workshops). We’ll recommend the right fit on the discovery call.
Do you support clients in Mexico and CFDI 4.0?
Yes. A meaningful chunk of our client base is in Mexico, and we run a production Deluge pipeline for CFDI 4.0 timbrado via LionDev across multiple entities. SAT compliance, factura global, and Zoho Books configuration for Mexican RFCs are all in scope.
How fast can we start?
Most engagements kick off within 1–2 weeks of the discovery call — faster if we already have what we need. Urgent fixes (a broken automation, a stuck Books integration) we can usually triage same-week.
