The operation

Gestical sits between independent physicians and insurers in Mexico. Once an insurer authorises a procedure, Gestical advances the physician's fees within 24 hours, then carries the claim, the CFDI 4.0 invoice and the collection. Because it pays first, every claim's status has to be right.

What we built

The system of record on Zoho Creator, developed since 2015: a 17-stage claims pipeline across nine claim types, a CFDI 4.0 engine that stamps through a certified PAC with one shared folio counter, a commission calculator, SPEI dispersals through STP Mexico, two-way Zoho CRM sync and a role-based portal for physicians, companies and agents.

How a claim becomes a payment.

    The insurer approves

    The claim has passed feasibility and document review, and the insurer authorises the procedure.

  2. Advanced

    Fees paid in 24 hours

    Gestical pays the physician before it collects, so the platform has to know the claim is sound.

  3. Invoiced

    CFDI 4.0, stamped

    Deluge assembles the invoice, a certified PAC stamps it, and one shared counter keeps folios unique and consecutive.

  4. Collected

    The insurer pays

    Collections are tracked against the claim, with receivable ageing at 30, 45, 60 and 90 days.

  5. Settled

    Commissions calculated

    Insurer, state and tax-regime rules apply commissions and retentions at data entry, not at month end.

    Creator builds the payment order, a cloud service signs it, STP Mexico disperses it, and the callback is logged for reconciliation.

Can payouts go out by SPEI from Zoho?

Yes. Gestical's platform builds each payment order in Zoho Creator, a cloud microservice signs it, STP Mexico disperses it by SPEI, and the callback is logged back for reconciliation.

Zoho Books or a custom Zoho Creator platform?

Books is the ledger and covers standard invoicing well. When the money follows rules of its own, such as advances, multi-party commissions or claim stages, a Creator platform carries the operation and hands clean records to accounting.
