What apps are in Zoho Workplace?
Zoho Workplace combines Zoho Mail, WorkDrive, Cliq and the Office editors: Writer for documents, Sheet for spreadsheets and Show for presentations. It works alongside Zoho CRM, Books, Projects and Desk.
How much does Zoho Workplace cost?
Standard is $3 and Professional is $6 per user a month billed yearly ($4 and $7 billed monthly). A Mail-only plan starts at $1 per user a month, billed yearly.
Is Zoho Mail free?
Yes, for up to 5 users with 5 GB each. Paid plans start at $1 per user a month billed yearly and add more storage and admin controls.
Is Zoho Mail better than Gmail?
It depends on your stack. Zoho Mail has no ads, costs less for small teams and connects directly to Zoho CRM, Books and Projects. Gmail fits better if your team already lives in Google Drive and Docs.
Is Zoho owned by Google?
No. Zoho Corporation is a privately held company founded in 1996 and headquartered in Chennai, India.
Should I choose Zoho Workplace or Zoho One?
Workplace covers email, files, chat and documents. Zoho One adds CRM, finance, HR, help desk, projects and the rest of Zoho's apps under one license. If you need more than two of those, Zoho One is usually the cheaper path.
Do Zoho Desk and Zoho Assist charge per user?
They charge per agent or technician, not per employee. Desk paid plans start at $7 per agent a month and Assist at $10 per technician a month, billed yearly. Both have free plans.
Can I start with one app and add the rest later?
Yes. Every app works on its own, and they connect as you add them. Many teams start with Mail or WorkDrive and add Cliq and Projects later.
