Zoho Books
Same items and contacts. Bills, invoices, payments and taxes flow straight into your books.
Zoho Inventory is Zoho's inventory and order management software. It tracks stock across warehouses, takes orders from your online stores, marketplaces and sales team, and handles purchasing, picking, packing and shipping, with your accounting kept in step through Zoho Books.
It suits businesses that sell physical products in more than one place. We are Zoho partners who set it up, connect it to the rest of your systems and automate the repetitive parts.
Raise a purchase order. When the goods arrive, receive them and the stock goes up. The vendor's bill is recorded in the same place.
Put stock away by warehouse and, from the Premium plan, by bin. Track serial numbers or batches when your products need them.
From Shopify, Amazon, your Zoho Commerce store or a sales rep in Zoho CRM. The units are committed so nobody sells them twice.
Print a picklist, scan barcodes, pack the box and create the package with its packing slip.
Buy the label through carriers like UPS or through Easyship. The shipment and its tracking number go back on the order.
The invoice goes out, the payment is recorded, and your accounts in Zoho Books stay current without retyping.
When an item falls to its reorder point, Zoho Inventory warns you, and the next purchase order is one click away. We can automate that click.

The stock lives in one place. Everything that sells it, ships it or counts it plugs in.
Same items and contacts. Bills, invoices, payments and taxes flow straight into your books.
Reps see real stock and create sales orders from the deal, without asking the warehouse.
An online store on the same stock. The Plus plan includes Zoho Commerce Premium.
Orders come in and stock levels go out, so every channel sells from the same count.
Rates, labels and tracking from the package screen. ShipStation connects through Zoho Flow.
If your accounting lives outside Zoho. Fixing QuickBooks sync issues.
Deeper reports and dashboards on stock and sales. Included in the Enterprise plan.
Order and shipment details next to the customer's support ticket. Payments run through Stripe.
Magento, an ERP, a 3PL or a custom app: Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator or the API. That is the part we build.
