The operation
Silver Solutions helps families manage the home of an ageing parent in more than fourteen states: living safely at home, downsizing, relocation and emptying a home. Crews work inside residences, and the photos and video they capture are part of the promise to the family.
What we built
The operational system of record, on Zoho Creator since 2023: offline capture with deferred sync, an automated media pipeline, a deterministic estimating engine, signature and accounting integration, and a scheduled integrity layer that keeps it all reconciled.
