What is Zoho Recruit?
Zoho Recruit is Zoho's cloud recruiting software. It publishes your openings to a careers page, job boards and social networks, parses résumés into candidate records, and moves candidates through screening, interviews and offers in one pipeline, with email and calendars built in.
Is Zoho Recruit an ATS?
Yes. Zoho Recruit is an applicant tracking system: every applicant, résumé, email, interview and note sits on one candidate record, and every opening has its own pipeline.
How much does Zoho Recruit cost?
For in-house HR teams, Standard is $25 and Enterprise $50 per recruiter a month billed yearly ($30 and $60 monthly). For staffing agencies, Standard is $25, Professional $50 and Enterprise $75 billed yearly ($30, $60 and $90 monthly). In Mexico, Zoho lists Mex$375, 750 and 1,125 billed yearly, plus IVA.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes candidate management, email and interview scheduling with one active job. Paid plans have a 15-day trial, after which the account drops to the free plan and keeps your data.
In-house HR or staffing agency edition?
Pick the in-house edition if you hire for your own company. Pick the staffing agency edition if you place candidates with clients: it adds client and staffing portals, higher active-job limits and a Professional plan between Standard and Enterprise.
Does Zoho Recruit parse résumés?
Yes, from Standard up. Résumés from email, uploads or your careers page are read into candidate fields, and duplicates can be merged. AI candidate matching that ranks applicants against a job is in Enterprise for in-house teams and Professional for agencies.
Does Zoho Recruit connect to Zoho People?
Yes. A hired candidate can move into Zoho People as an employee and start onboarding without retyping. Both are part of Zoho People Plus and Zoho One.
Is Zoho Recruit included in Zoho One?
Yes. Zoho One includes Zoho Recruit along with Zoho People, CRM, Books and the rest of the suite. If you need more than recruiting, price both before you buy.
Does Zoho Recruit have a mobile app?
Yes. There are iOS and Android apps for recruiters and hiring managers to review candidates, give feedback and keep interviews moving.
Is Creator Scripts a Zoho partner?
